Sylvia and Sam, a Parisian couple, who decided to move to LA in 2015.
From Banker to Head Baker, Sam became passionate about making bread and pastry. He graduated from Ferrandi school in France and worked at well-known places such as Spago Restaurant or Bottega Louie.
After a career in Human Resources, Sylvia graduated from a Pastry school to become a pastry Chef. When she is not in the kitchen seeking for new ideas, she is at Farmers Market sharing their culture and passion for gastronomy.
Jean DELVIGNE, her beloved grandfather, who was a Baker, inspired them.
To honor the name they use a traditional recipe with seasonal ingredients from California and a grass-fed butter from France.
